EDUCATION
	Lynn & Steve are self taught. Lynn's interest in art dates back to childhood when she would watch her father work with wood to create various things. He once cut small pieces of wood in different shapes to cover an entire wall in their house! She inherited his love of wood and now works to create 3 dimensional abstracts in wood with bits of metal thrown in. Lynn is always working on new and different techniques for the work. Steve as Lynn's husband became involved in creating the art early on and now has an active part in creating & finishing the many new ideas they share. Working together has opened up a whole new level of creativity for both of them.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
	Our experience and exposure to the art world has taken place mainly since moving to Florida in 1997. Our work has shown in numerious Galleries, most recently at Cultural Connection 116 Gallery in St Charles, IL. Past galleries include - SoHo Gallery Central Ave St Petersburg, Snooty Judy’s on Main St in Dunedin, The Gallery on Main St in Sarasota, Abbacino Galleria in Venice & Liberal Atrz Gallery in Bradenton Florida. Among the exhibits are the Tarpon Springs Art Association, Pasco County Counsel for the Arts, City Hall in Oldsmar, Picasso’s Palette in Palm Harbor, The Beach Art Center in Indian Rocks Beach and others. We currently participate in many Fine Art Shows in cities such as Tarpon Springs, Delray Beach, Melbourne, Port Canaveral, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Old Hyde Park Village, Sarasota, Naples, Venice, Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale, Juno Beach, Mt Dora, Apollo Beach, Dade City, and Miami Beach & Hobe Sound in Florida, Ocean City, MD, Toledo, OH, Ann Arbor, Grand Haven, Plymouth, Rochester Hills, Orchard Lake & Muskegon, MI and Chicago, IL. Our work is well received at these events. We were awared Best in Show at the St Charles Art Festival in May 2017, Award of Excellence at the Lincolnshire Art Festival in Aug 2017, Best in Mixed Media at Artstreet Green Bay in Aug 2017, Award of Excellence at the Estero Fine Art Show in Nov 2016. Past awards include a Judges Choice award in June 2011, Peoples Choice award in May 2009, & a Judge’s choice award in June 2006 at the Art’s Alive show in Ocean City, MD. Our work has been purchased and displayed in Switzerland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, The UK, Scottland, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Germany and throughout the US.
